Violet

Ech...I promised that I'll show my late summer decorations but I can present only small part of what I planned. Again I didn't have time!!! So many things is waiting! But now norwegian is priority. But first- place where I went to pick 'pieces' of my future decorations :)... my violet field :)

...and suddenly I realized that soon autumn will come and day will become short, evenings long with rain and wind!!! How I love it (but not too long ;)).

I had to take a little bit of them home and collect some grass and sticks (to make rest of my secret project...).

This violet mood jumped into card I made for my brother's in low fiancee- Kirsti :). I use very strange mineral plate to make two leaves (this almost transparent). I found them during yesterday's trip and collected some to see for what I can use it :). In Norway it's called artificial silver.

Første skoledagen!!!

I didn't expect that everything will go soooo fast but today just after short interview I started norwegian course (!) and surprise on level B1 what means that my norwegian is not so bad :). Still it was very stressful and even I know that school is the best place to make mistakes I'm afraid of speaking... Hope it will pass with time :). I'm happy :). Bad thing is that I'll have less time for felting :( and other handwork...

After weekend :)

Such a nice time :) Saturday evening we spent with my husband's friends on barbecue. The food was delicious and company fantastic but there was one more thing waiting for us this evening! ;) Moose safari :D They came when it was already dark so no pics but only seeing couple of this great animals was amazing. Thay were walking just 20 meters from us and 'picking' blackcurrant :)- just like that...
Because we didn't have enough of a forest and wild nature, yesterday we went for a blueberry trip. It was such a nice time and after, we visited Marius and Elen again in their garden. Thay have the cutiest cats (sisters) in the world :) My hunting with camera brought also a pic of froggie ;) Just look :)

I promised to show what I brought from holidays...this is it. Nothing fabulous but only the thought that I have wool and other materials but no time and tool to work, made me more and more hungry for 'creating'... Colours are beautiful.

I couldn't wait sooooo much for working that before yesterday's trip I tried to make (second time) something to cover my phone. First time it was to small (it's cover for my needles) and this time ;)... Yeaaaa but I learnt something new :)

I'm back

We came back yesterday and now our 'cave' look like after a war ;). Since yeasterday I don't do enything else but answering e-mails and sending CVs but because I promised I'm puting here couple pics from our holidayS ;). These are moments and memories :).

There is also one small disappointment :(. In the morning I was suppose to take a norwegian exam to check on witch level I'll start my course. Problem is that I speak some norwegian and they don't know what to do with me because I should start from the very beginning. Again I know nothing about when I start the school :(. But enough complaining :).

After I do something with mess around me I will start my new project and also I will show what I bought in Poland ;) Yessss shopping ;).

What a day...

It looks like we will not buy 'our' house. We dreamt about it so many times...but I belive there will be better opportunity for us one day, when I (finnaly) will have a job.
I also spent some time on refreezing our 'ice cave' :) and it takes soooo much time to get rid of 5 cm thick layer of ice, not saying about lake of water on kitchen floor ;). We should be punished for this poor fridge.
After all I decided to go for a wolk to take pictures of my finished work (last pictrue ;)) and of course I found many interesting details in the Borgarsyssel Museum. Beautiful place with many very old, wooden buildings. I focused my camera on this most intriguing pieces of steel, stone and wood.

Next to the entrance there is a board with this picture of Sarpsborg in XIX century.


I belive this door looks better without my teddys ;)- you will se in the end of this post :)

Kristiansand :)

It was such a nice weekend. On friday we left to Sweden and after small shopping ;) directly to Kristiansand to visit my husband's brother and his woman.
On saturday we went to the town... and I boutght StazOn (ink for glass, metal ect) so I hope to present works in new technique soon :) and now let me show some shots from our trip :) and say thx for great time to Gunnar and Kirsti!!! :)

The ugliest town...

My husband told me once that Sarpsborg where we live, was called the ugliest town in Norway. When I opend my eyes today I decided to go for a trip around and see what is soooo ugly. It was raining (and still is) so the impression of the ugliness shoud have been stronger but I found some details witch make this place interesting and not soooo UGLY :) Here is couple shots :).
