HOT

Weather is sooooo hot and only thing we want to do is... nothing.

Yesterday we came back from Cracow. We spent very nice time with friends of mine and visited Wawel and Jewish Ghetto on Kazimierz. Pics will appear soon.Because I'm still so far from Norway I decided to present my older works. Some of them You have seen before :).

Hope to present new works when we come back to Sarpsborg (I ordered wool and other equipment and can't wait to start work again). Also I can't forget about my exchanges so I belive that I'll have to write two posts every day to show everything I want ;)

uhmmmm...

I'm back but only for a moment :)- tomorrow we are leaving to Poland (my 'first' home :)).

I spent some time on working and effect is visible bellow :). I know this things arn't perfect but most of them I made first time in my live :). I like them :). Two of them are prepared for exchange on Craftladies and I hope that new owners won't visit my blog before things will be delivered ;)... but more about exchanges when they will be finished :).
Neckles is for my mum- it's my first wetfelted 'ball' and I see imperfections but same time I love structure and pattern.

Headache...

I almost couldn't see yeasterday... Fortunately today is much better and I'm thinking about how to make next bracelet :) beacuse I get a proposition of my first exchange on Craftladies forum :). Report from this one will be written as soon as exchange will be done :).
But now I want to present card for my brother in low. Well...again I'm not verry happy- I think to many things happens in this card so it looks a little bit messy but even that, there is something I like ;) birds :) they are so cute (designer of this paper knew what is doing :)). Hope my BIL and you will enjoy.

What a day...

It looks like we will not buy 'our' house. We dreamt about it so many times...but I belive there will be better opportunity for us one day, when I (finnaly) will have a job.
I also spent some time on refreezing our 'ice cave' :) and it takes soooo much time to get rid of 5 cm thick layer of ice, not saying about lake of water on kitchen floor ;). We should be punished for this poor fridge.
After all I decided to go for a wolk to take pictures of my finished work (last pictrue ;)) and of course I found many interesting details in the Borgarsyssel Museum. Beautiful place with many very old, wooden buildings. I focused my camera on this most intriguing pieces of steel, stone and wood.

Next to the entrance there is a board with this picture of Sarpsborg in XIX century.


I belive this door looks better without my teddys ;)- you will se in the end of this post :)

3 and baby trolley :)

It took some time but now they are ready- I just need to make woolen balls to make it more interesting for a new, not even born yet, owner :). Yes, I was asked to make animal witch will hang on baby trolley ;)
Before I started I have done some researches what colours baby see...none. First two colours, after some time, are red and green. It's not better with shapes beacuse it takes for a baby almost a year to see things sharp. Optimal distance for objects is about 20 cm.
I will present finished job but first these 3 :)

Kristiansand :)

It was such a nice weekend. On friday we left to Sweden and after small shopping ;) directly to Kristiansand to visit my husband's brother and his woman.
On saturday we went to the town... and I boutght StazOn (ink for glass, metal ect) so I hope to present works in new technique soon :) and now let me show some shots from our trip :) and say thx for great time to Gunnar and Kirsti!!! :)

The ugliest town...

My husband told me once that Sarpsborg where we live, was called the ugliest town in Norway. When I opend my eyes today I decided to go for a trip around and see what is soooo ugly. It was raining (and still is) so the impression of the ugliness shoud have been stronger but I found some details witch make this place interesting and not soooo UGLY :) Here is couple shots :).
